About Travelodge Wynyard (standard) Hotel, Sydney
Location : This very popular hotel is situated right in the centre of Sydney. Opposite Wynyard Station, bus terminals and Wynyard Park, a few minutes walk to the Rocks and Circular Quay, with shopping and theatres within walking distance.
Rooms : Rooms vary in size, they are kept in good condition, as are bathrooms. Currently undergoing soft refurbishment (scheduled to end in December 2005)
Restaurant : There is a restaurant on the first floor, opened for breakfast and dinner;A cafe on the ground floor - opened for light lunch.
Exterior : 14 storey 1960's character building.
Lobby : Large lobby, with a lot of seating and a bar to the right, with full length windows overlooking Wynyard Park.
General : This hotel is a 'grand old dame' of Sydney, a well known landmark. Great location, good value for money. July05/KT.
